Boyd and Val Ebberson: Boyd has been in the business of farming since he graduated highschool in 1973, although he began farming alongside his parents long before that. He’s a member of National Corn Growers Association and American Soybean Association. Serves on the BOD for Frontier Bank. Val is Bookkeeper/Office Manager at Ebberson Farms. She has an undergrad degree in Home Economics Education (which comes in handy in preparing harvest meals) and a Masters In Business Administration from Wayne State College (2011). They have seen the farm operation grow from a sole proprietorship to multiple entities including Ebberson Farms Partnership; Ebberson Farms LLC; Ebberson HQ LLC; Quest, Inc.; DAC, Inc.; and BV Land, LLC.
Brandon and Morgan Ebberson: Brandon and Morgan are involved and have ownership in all areas of the farm operation and Brandon has taken leadership of the bulk of the farm decisions as the operation changes and grows. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012 with a degree in Diversified Agriculture. He was a member of AGR Fraternity in Lincoln. Brandon is married to Morgan (Grosshans) a partner and bookkeeper with Ebberson Farms and an occupational therapist at Providence Medical Center in Wayne, NE. She graduated from the College of St. Mary in Omaha. Brandon and Morgan were married in August 2014 and they have two children, Ezra and Eli with another due in August 2023.
Cody and Reshma Ebberson: Cody and Reshma are software entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley but are also part of the Ebberson operation through their ownership interests in BV Land, LLC, Quest, Inc. and DAC, Inc. They were co-founders of a medical imaging software company called Medxt that was acquired by Box.com in 2014. Reshma also worked at Facebook. Cody graduated with a Masters in Business from Harvard Business School in 2009 and from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln JD Edwards Honors Program in Computer Science & Mgmt in 2004. Reshma has her undergrad and graduate degrees from MIT. Previously they lived and worked in Seattle, Beijing, Boston, and Manila Philippines. They currently reside in San Francisco where they continue their software interests. Reshma also serves as the Board Chair at the Raikes School in Lincoln, NE. Cody and Reshma Khilnani were married on July 11, 2009 in Palo Alto, CA. and they have two children, Satya and Rohan.
Laura Sullivan and Shawn OHargan: Laura and Shawn are both attorneys in New York City, working at Kirkland & Ellis LLP but are also part of the Ebberson operation through their ownership interests in BV Land, LLC, Quest, Inc. and DAC, Inc. . Laura focuses on private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions and Shawn focuses on a variety of complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. Laura graduated June 12, 2009 from the University of Chicago Law School. She completed her undergrad at Valparaiso University Christ College (Honors), Valparaiso, Indiana in May 2006 with a degree in English. Shawn has his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.. Laura and Shawn O’Hargan were married on February 2017 in Miami, FL and they have two son Seamus and Axel.
